Wellness is comprised of an individual’s emotional, social, spiritual, physical, occupational, intellectual and environmental aspects. Corporate wellness has become an increasingly popular tool used in the corporate world to create unity and fulfilment within oneself and group in the work place. Attaining corporate wellness is often a challenge that many companies aim to attain. It is however very important in order to create a good well functioning and dynamic team.
Building a co worker relationship will result in effective communication and understanding among employees. This will lead to the improvement of the social and emotional qualities of wellness.

Other pros involved in team building surrounding this component of wellness are improved ethics, problem solving skills, achieving goals and an enhanced understanding of step by step procedures.
Successful team building will achieve a newly accomplished team spirit with a positive environment which will lead to a higher a success rate in the work place which can encourage a higher work attendance among employees.
