Summer Series Inflatable Powerboat Race

The past weekend the “Boost Performance Racing Team” consisting of Stefan Lindeque (Driver) and Tony Ingram (Co-Driver) took part in the Summer Series Inflatable Powerboat race in Yzerfontein.  Saturday’s racing took part between the waves in the form of a surf circuit.  The team took part in two heats and a final with winning success in all three.  This was all made possible through having some great skill to negotiate some tricky waves and fellow competitors as well as the training at LBN with Shaye.  The supplement diet that Tony and Stefan is using helped them to be on top form and alertness during the whole days racing.

On Sunday it was time for the Long Distance race over 120km.  During this discipline the team showed good fitness and endurance all thanks to PURE supplements and fitness training at LBN.  The team won overall and stopped 2min 30sec ahead of their closest rival. In the testing conditions the team showed that the combination of PURE and LBN that they were a level above the rest.

The next race in preparation for the Trans Agulhas Race (28 Dec to 1 Jan) is on the 3/4th of December in Strand and Hermanus.
