Our use of, and experience, with Pure, over the last year, is as follows:

1) We both use the blast during most events, and with a lot of the more strenuous training sessions. We have found this to be a real improvement on our ability to get through these sessions far less fatigued than before.

2) Over the past months leading up to IMSA, we having been using the blast with the BCAA as suggested on the packaging, and have found this to be another “step up”. It is not often one feels a marked difference such as this combination has made. I had my best IMSA on this mix this year.

3) The whey protein we use as a recovery mix after events, as an addition to our smoothies for breakfasts, but also very exclusively as a pre – event breakfast across all distance events. I found this to be especially effective for the longer distance events.
