Pre competition meal: Pre competition meal is normally light, as I tapper into the comp for 12 weeks. On the day before going on stage or doing a shoot the last thing that goes in will be rice cakes with peanut butter and honey.
Favourite training tools: Anything I can find, I like to improvise and use any surroundings especially when outdoors

Favourite training set: 56 move circuit: good mornings; upright row; shoulder press; bent over row; lunges; squat press; dead lift. Do all exercises in a row for 8 reps each. Once complete then rest one minute and go again. Do the routine 6 times.

Favourite food: medium rare rump steak and baked potato with sour cream! Or if i’m feeling like being especially bad then a pizza (any one will do)
